Tardiness Policy

A 15 minute grace period is allowed for unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or other unexpected delays.

However, 15 minutes after your appointment I will reach out and communicate your estimated time of arrival or whether we can continue with your appointment. Depending on my schedule and complexity of your service, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will not be charged any fees.

If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment a $50 fee will be charged either to your card on file or added to your total at your next appointment. I understand that life is unpredictable, however please communicate with me as soon as possible.

No-Show Policy

A no-show refers to a situation where a client misses their scheduled appointment entirely and does not provide any communication. This means they simply don't show up and don't call or message to cancel.

If you need to cancel, please reach out to do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your service to the card on file. If I do not have your card on file and you would like to schedule a new appointment I will ask you to provide 50% of your previous expected service charge before scheduling your new appointment.
